How long does it take to process an order?
In-Stock Orders recieved by 4:30pm PST, it will be shipped the same day!

Can I change or cancel order?
Orders recieved by 4:30pm PST, it normally ship same day. Please call us at 1-888-275-8755 for assistance. Orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. Does SFCable.com charge sales tax?
Effective July, 1, 2011. Any orders shipped outside of Union City , CA Zip Code: 94587 will be charge the “Statewide Base Tax Rate” of 7.25% sales tax. For Tax Exempted customers, you must fax a proof of tax exempt along with  reseller form  to 510-324-1122. After we receive the tax exempt certificate, we will set up an online account for you, so you can place an online order without having to pay tax.

I am a tax-exempt. How do I place an order with SFCable.com without being charged for tax?
If you already place your order online and "Ship to Address" is in California. After you've submitted your order, please fax us at 510-324-1122 with Certificate of Resale or with your Government Tax Exempt permit and include the sales order number. We will refund your tax charge on order. We will set up online account so you will not get charge tax on your future orders. All customers outside of California will not be charged any tax. Therefore, customers outside California do not need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
