Return / Exchange

SFCable.com will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of ship date. You must obtain a Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) number from SFCable.com before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number. Once an RMA has been issued, the customer has fourteen days to return the package to SFCable.com.Upon receipt and acceptance of your return, SFCable.com will refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in �new and unused condition� (defined below) to be acceptable for refund or exchange. Custom orders are not returnable. Refunds will be in the original form of payment.

For items SFCable.com proves defective upon receipt, errors in shipment, or exchange returns, no restock fee is charged. In all other cases, the return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, please see SF Cable terms for details.
