Fraud
The customer is aware that SFCable.com will contact the local police or the FBI in case of credit card fraud and will submit as much information as needed to law enforcement to help prosecute offenders, including the IP address from which a fraudulent order was placed. Our regular Privacy Policies do not apply in case of fraud or suspected fraud.
Order Changes/Cancellations
Orders are processed immediately for same-day shipment. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once an order has been shipped. If an order ships that you wish to cancel, simply refuse the entire order on arrival. You will be responsible for all freight charges. Mistaken Orders/ Wrong Products
It is the customer's responsibility for orders that placed. Items purchased as an error can be returned. In case our website, staff or any written information from SFcable.com lead to an erroneous order, SFCable.com will pay for the items to be returned.

Sale Taxes
Effective July, 1, 2011. Any orders shipped outside of Union City , CA Zip Code: 94587 will be charge the “Statewide Base Tax Rate” of 7.25% sales tax. Orders shipped to or picked up in Union City , CA 94587 will be charge 9.25% sales tax. Please, see link for details:

For Tax Exempted customers, you must fax a proof of tax exempt along with reseller form to 510-324-1122. After we receive the tax exempt certificate, we will set up an online account for you, so you can place an online order without having to pay tax.
Purchase Order
SFCable.com accepts purchase orders from public schools, universities, hospitals and all government agencies. We also accept purchase orders from companies (Corporate Account). To apply for a Corporate Account, please fill out our Account Setup Form and fax to 1-510-324-1122. It takes three to five business days process.
** The purchase order (Net30) less than $25 will be charged $3 for handling fee.

Shipping and Handling
If your order is placed in-stock items and orders placed before 4:30pm PST can usually be shipped the same day. We offer a variety of shipping methods: US Post office, UPS, Overnight Truck Service (upon request) and Fedex ( upon request). Order less than $10 subject to add $1 for handling fee.
International Shipments
Orders shipping internationally, customer is responsible for any customs and/or duty fees after product shipped. Shipments refused at the time of delivery due to unwillingness to pay customs fee are not refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
SFCable.com will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of ship date. You must obtain a Return Merchadise Authorization (RMA) number from SFCable.com before returning merchandise. No Restocking Charge! No Question asked!
To return an item, contact Customer Service at 510-324-2299 or contact by fill out Return Authorization form to obtain Return Authorization (RMA) number. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number. see SF Cable Return terms in full.
