Return/Exchange

Since your satisfaction is our top priority, we process all returns as quickly as possible. Return any product within 60 days after delivery for exchange or refund, minus shipping and handling. An RMA number is required for all returns. Products sent back to SF Cable without an RMA number cannot be processed.

* Shipping and handling will not be reimbursed. Shipping costs are deducted from all refunded products including products purchased with "Free Shipping". All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
