If you believe that a product you purchased from us is defective, please call 1-888-275-8755 (toll free) or 510-264-9988, and we will troubleshoot the problem. If the product is verified to be defective (within the warranty period), we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please send the product back to our facilities for testing. **You will be responsible for return freight. SF Cable will reimburse the replacement freight if the reason for return is product defect/warranty replacement.**

- Switches and other electronic products: 1 year
- Laptop batteries & AC adapters: 6 months
- Printer toners: 1 year
- Network racks & accessories: 25 years
