SFCable.com offers lifetime warranties on all of our cable and non-electronic products. If you believe that a product you purchased from us is defective, please give us a call at 510-324-2299 and we will either fix the problem or, having verified that the product is indeed defective, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one (if it falls within the warranty period).
If you are not satisfied with products within 30 days after delivery, please send it back for exchange, or a refund – no questions asked, no restocking fee! Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, however, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has free shipping, our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
We must receive all returned products in their original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Please see our full return policy for details.

- Switches and other electronic products: 1 year
- Laptop batteries & AC adapters: 6 months
- Printer toners: 1 year
- Network racks & accessories: 25 years
