SFCable.com offer lifetime warranties on all of our cables and non-electronic products. If you think product's defective, simply give us a call at 510-324-2299. Please let us know what is wrong with the product. We can often solve the problem with some troubleshooting methods. Once verified that the product is indeed defective we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one within warranty period of products.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee "We guarantee your absolute satisfaction - 100% of the time." If you are not satisfied with products within 30 days of receipt, please send it back for exchange, or refund. "NO question ask! NO restocking fee!" Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
